We invite you to join the network if you identify as a person of colour who is interested in stepping into a leadership role, or further developing a leadership career, in sectors that are driven by a focus on social good and human flourishing. These may include institutions in the higher education, global research and innovation, non-profit, arts, and cultural sectors.
The Network also welcomes allies in purpose driven sectors who wish to connect and support on career development issues that matter to people of colour.
The Network is led by named Perrett Laver consultants to whom members can reach out for support and advice. Throughout the year we provide a bi-monthly newsletter highlighting live leadership opportunities to network members and invite you to engage with us directly about these roles so that we can connect you with the relevant expertise within our team and support you in making impactful applications. We host a range of events throughout the year on topics such as how executive search works, strategies for success in leadership competitions, insights around attraction, retention and progression as they pertain to candidates of colour, as well as introducing leaders of colour in relevant sectors to share their own experiences and insights with network members.
