It is time to level the playing field and to see the ethnically diverse leadership teams emerge, that purpose driven sectors have been striving towards for so long.   The RISE Leadership Network for purpose driven leaders of colour aims to realise career impact for network members, and business impact for our clients, through our three pillars of activity: Opportunity, Insight, Connection.

The RISE Initiative

What is the RISE Leadership Network?

We are a network for people of colour who lead in, or who aspire to lead in, purpose driven organisations across the higher education, non-profit, arts, and cultural sectors.

We support our members by bringing awareness to live leadership opportunities in purpose driven sectors; by providing insight into the executive search process, advising on tools and techniques to aid preparation for leadership competitions, and facilitating members’ access to inspirational ethnically diverse leaders sharing their journeys to success; and by convening opportunities to connect, thereby fostering deeper professional relations between members with common interests and challenges. 

Our work is underpinned by our drive to demystify executive search, and to level the leadership playing field for individuals from ethnic groups underrepresented in the leadership landscape of the sectors Perrett Laver serves.
